I have tried for months now to either adjust or outright cancel my subscription with very little luck. I can't access my profile on their website, it just directs me to the home page. I can't follow any of the account cancelation or subscription changes without being able to get to the accounts page! And if I use a link to get there, the web page is broken. DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION! The razors are fine. Just fine, not great. But just go buy the refills from Target. Don't sign up for this BS.

I'm sending my Harry's razor and extra blades back to them. Razor is great but unfortunately they decided to go full-on woke. So I'm sending it back and I encourage others to do the same. Ordered a new razor with refills from a company that makes theirs here in the USA and is not full on work and pushing mutilation of the body.

Faulty blades

My husband and I have been using your blades & shaving gel for over 6 years. The last purchase we made the blades were not good as we both had to shave 2x each time we shave which is everyday and still could not get a good clean shave. Was there any difference in making the blades? Very unhappy and disappointed in your product. Would greatly appreciate a response as we really dont want to have to switch to another company. User's recommendation: Store Harry’s # in your phone before you need them had a little trouble talking to a human. Most likely my fault ( I’m old lol)
